Peer Tutoring TRiO offers a PEER tutoring service to program participants after students have sought out other on campus tutoring through the AACE. If you have requested a tutor from the AACE and a tutor cannot be found, TRiO will attempt to hire a tutor for you. TRiO does have a few standing tutors available as well. Please check in the TRiO Resource Room, 1-433 to obtain the list of standing tutors. To request a tutor, please fill out the Tutor request form and return it to Mita or Nicole in TRiO. Another way to utilize our tutoring services is by finding a classmate to tutor you. If you find someone in your classes who you find helpful it is possible for TRiO to compensate that person for tutoring you. So if you know someone who is helping you with your courses talk to Nicole or Mita about compensation for this person. Peer Tutoring Resources |
