Student Activity Transcript
The Student Activity Transcript is a student self-reported document, with verification by an advisor or a supervisor, listing various kinds of development activities a student participated in while at St. Cloud Technical College.
The transcript is intended to be a part of the student’s placement credentials. The document will provide prospective employers with basic information on the student’s level of involvement in co-curricular activities.
Why Should I Be Interested?
Your college experiences and education consists of knowledge and skills learned both in and out of the classroom. The Student Activity Transcript will provide prospective employers with a more complete picture of your skills, interests and abilities.
How Do I Participate?
A student wishing to participate may obtain an application form inside the Student Life and Athletics Office. A student wishing to participate may obtain an application form inside the Student Life and Athletics Office or by downloading the form off this web site. A computer file will be opened for each student applying. At any time, students may update their file or they may choose to submit all the information one time at the end of their college career. A student may list involvement in any of the following five categories:

Committees/Task Force
Campus Media
Workshops, Seminars/Special Training
- Performances/Presentations
Written/Oral Presentations (Not required for a course)

Is The Transcript Verified?
An advisor or supervisor will verify the information reported by the student on the Student Activity Report form. The Director of Student Life and Athletics will review all the information submitted and sign the completed Student Activity Transcript.
