| Advisor and Club Officer Documents |

The Student Senate requires that the following forms are read and signed by each club officer and club advisor. Documents should be turned in at the first scheduled senate meeting of the year. Failure to complete and submit documents could put the club into probationary status and ultimately a loss of funding. Club members traveling to off campus events must complete and submit to their advisor the following Code of Conduct document: Prior to organizing any fundraising activities a club must submit to the Director of Student Life and Athletics a completed Fundraising Proposal Form. This should be completed 10 days prior to the suggested start date of the activity. |
