This service is for you, if you:  

• Are a currently enrolled degree-seeking student at St. Cloud Technical College, and have met with your advisor to obtain a current term registration access code or…
• Are accepted to SCTC and have received a Tech ID and PIN (Personal Identification Number) at orientation.

To use this service, you will need:   

• Tech I.D. and PIN
• Current Registration Access Code (continuing students)
• Course ID number for each course you select (a lookup table is provided or you can check the online schedule link below for current schedule information)

If you have not yet enrolled at SCTC , are not applying for financial aid, and if you are only planning to take a class or two without enrolling in a program, you may register as a "Non-Degree Seeking" student in person in the registration office. Payment is required at the time of registration.

Note:  Your PIN is your electronic signature.  You are responsible for all commitments made through the use of your PIN.   Please do not share it with others. When you use your PIN, you are accepting the following terms: 

• You agree to follow written policies as covered in SCTC’s Student Handbook
• You agree to be held financially responsible for tuition, fees, as well as any collection costs incurred by the college in the event your account is turned over to a collection agency 

Adds/Drops/Withdrawals:

• Add/Drop/Withdrawal must be done in person or through web system
• Forms must contain all required signatures when done in person
