Graduation Information Students who have met the requirements to graduate in their program must complete and submit an application for graduation. This form should be completed and submitted to records and registration once a student has registered for his/her last term of attendance. If all requirements have been met, a diploma/degree will be mailed to the student 3-5 weeks after final grades have been submitted. All student account holds must be cleared before a diploma/degree can be released (including parking fines). Students who borrowed while attending SCTC must complete exit counseling before the diploma/degree can be mailed. Students will be notified of any incomplete course work or account holds.
