Steve Cimenski, Automotives Instructor Steve Cimenski has been an instructor in the Automotive Service Technician program since 1988. His teaching emphasis is in automatic and manual transmissions along with all other drivetrain repairs. For sixteen years prior to teaching at St. Cloud Technical College, Steve worked as an automotive service technician, with eight of those years being in a dealership. He also ran his own auto repair facility.

Steve is a graduate of the Automotive Service Technician program at SCTC and has earned a bachelor’s degree in Career and Technical Education from Bemidji State University. He is ASE Master Certified with an L1 Advanced Engine Performance Specialist certification.

Dwayne Hickman, PTT Auto Mechanics Instructor Dwayne Hickman have been an instructor at SCTC since 2004. He teaches the Discovery Academy AYES (Automotive Youth Education Systems) automotive courses at Apollo high school. Duane has worked as a service technician in three different dealerships for 12 years. He also works during the summer for a private independent repair shop.

Duane is a graduate of St. Cloud Technical College, with a diploma in the Automotive Service Technician program. He is ASE Master Certified with L1 and B5 certifications.

Charles Rauschendorfer, Automotives Instructor Chuck Rauschendorfer has been an automotive instructor at St. Cloud Technical College since August of 1976. Chuck was employed as a technician for 8 years in the auto repair industry at an independent repair facility and at an auto dealership.

He holds a master technician certification and a L1 advanced diagnostic certification from A.S.E (automotive service excellence). Chuck also has a bachelor of science degree in vocational education from St. Cloud State University.
