Jed Johnson, Architectural Instructor Jed has been an instructor in the Architectural Construction Technology Department since 1998. His instructional areas focus on CAD drafting & design, estimating and construction management. Prior to coming to SCTC Jed worked for 7 years for a construction company that offered architectural services. Work for this firm included architectural CAD, estimating and project management in residential and commercial markets. He is the Advisor for the C.M.B.A. Student Chapter Club @ SCTC.

Jed is a 1992 graduate of the SCTC Architectural Construction Technology Department.

William Vennes

William Vennes, Architectural Instructor Bill Vennes has been an instructor in the Architectural Construction Technology Program since 1989. His areas of emphasis include computer-aid design and drafting, interior wood products and structural design. For 16 years prior to teaching at St. Cloud Technical College, Bill held both design and management positions with firms doing residential and commercial construction in Minnesota. As Director of Design for a national wood products manufacture, he received 3 industry awards for kitchen design. Bill has continued his industry contacts by working part time with architectural and construction companies.

Bill holds an AAS Degree in Architectural Technology and a BS in Education from the University f North Dakota. He also has received a Masters Degree in Technology Education from St. Cloud State University.
