St. Cloud Technical College has set up a survey to assess the future student needs for an Associate Degree in Nursing (2 year RN program). This survey is needed to identify interest in the proposed program for an application to the State.

Penny started teaching at St. Cloud Technical College in fall, 2001. After her graduation from the Moorhead Technical College (now known as Northwest Technical College) Commercial Art Program in 1988, she was hired by Herberger's Corporate Office in-house advertising department as a Layout and Design Artist. Then she was promoted to the position of Creative Supervisor. After eight years of exceptional service at Herberger's, she began working at Hatling and Thomas Advertising Agency (now known as HatlingFlint) as an Account Executive where she worked for three years. At this point she decided to start her teaching career and began working at SCTC. Penny is an excellent teacher, with a helpful disposition and a wealth of advertising knowledge and experience.
Jeff Palm has been a teacher at St. Cloud Technical College for the past 21 years. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Speech Communications and Psychology from Concordia College in 1981. He also obtained his master of Arts Degrees in Speech and Mass Communications from North Dakota State University in 1983. Then shortly after graduating he became a professor here at the St. Cloud Technical College and is responsible for teaching and grading first and second year courses. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Speech Communication at St. Cloud State University. Jeff's charismatic nature gives students the enthusiasm to want to learn and inspires them to succeed through his teachings.
Eldon started teaching at St. Cloud Technical College in January, 2001. Upon graduating in 1977 from the SCTC Advertising Program, he was hired as Assistant Advertising Manager at Big Bear, a retail agri-business in St. Cloud. In 1980, he furthered his career by accepting a position as Advertising Manager at Midwest Vision Centers, where he coordinated the company's marketing and advertising efforts for their 50 stores located in the Upper Midwest. After twenty years of dedicated service, Eldon decided to start his teaching career at SCTC. Eldon is a great instructor, with plenty of applicable advertising experience to accompany his exceptional technological skills and knowledge.
