St. Cloud Technical College values the diversity that international students bring to our campus. Students are encourage to apply six months prior to their anticipated start date to ensure sufficient time to process paperwork.

The following items are required to process an application for admission:

1. A completed international student application form. (PDF)
2. A $20.00 non-refundable application fee.
3. An English translation of all official transcripts indicating completion of high school.
4. A completed Confidential Financial Information Form. (PDF)
5. Proof of English language proficiency, if not a native speaker of English (TOEFL, Michigan or transcrip tions demonstrating a satisfactory level of English proficiency).
6. Current bank statements showing sufficient funds to cover educational, living and transportation funds.
7. An affidavit of financial support from sponsor.
8. Health insurance will be required at the time of enrollment.
9. All international students will be required to pay the non-resident tuition rate of $153.80 per credit .
