When to Use Live Help
In you take some time to explore the online documents and tutorials, you will be able to find answers and steps to solving most of your problems.
However, if you are feeling really stuck, or if you are getting an unexplained error message on your computer, it is time to call the experts.
Open Computer Lab
If you need to use one of the campus computer, or if you need help getting your password reset, you should visit the Open Computer Lab in room 1-405.

Hours during the normal academic year are:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 9:00pm
Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - Noon
