Mission The Office of Human Resources provides leadership, guidance, and support to the College in the administration and management of its human resources through promoting and maintaining an environment of harmonious and cooperative relationships and by delivering professional services. The overall objective of the Human Resources Office is to develop and administer an effective and efficient personnel program that focuses on quality customer services, and insures the fair and equitable treatment of all employees. The human resources staff strives to promote a safe and culturally diverse campus environment. |
