Employment The college’s workforce consists of classified and unclassified staff. The classified consists primarily of maintenance, clerical, technical and professional employees. The unclassified staff consists of primarily faculty and administrators. The selection process to fill classified vacancies is administered through the State Department of Employee Relations.
