Welcome to St. Cloud Technical College Motorcycle Program!

We have partnered with the Minnesota Motorcycle Safety Center (MMSC), Driver and Vehicle Services (a division of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety), Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, and community and corporate sponsors to provide one of the most comprehensive safety programs in the world.  MMSC and SCTC/CTEC are committed to reducing motorcycle crashes, injuries, and fatalities.

Courses offered include Introduction to Motorcycle, Motorcycle Basic Rider and Experienced Rider courses and a Motorized Bicycle (Moped) course.

The following courses are now available for online registration:

• Basic Rider Course (BRC)-$160

• Basic Rider Course Retest-$55

• Motorized Bicycle Course (Moped)-$25

• Experienced Rider Course (ERC)-$55
