Your Campus Card never expires; it can be used as long as you are a part of St. Cloud Technical College even if you plan to take a break and come back later, so you must properly care for it. A replacement fee is assessed for any damaged, lost or stolen Campus Cards.

Lost or stolen Campus Cards should be reported to Campus Card Office at 1-320-308-5501 or Public Safety Office or College at 1-320-308-5089 or 1-800-222-1009 or by email to campuscard@sctc.edu

Recommended Campus Card Care

• Never allow your Campus Card to be used as collateral for University services as there may be financial value associated with your Campus Card.
   
• Never turn in your Campus Card at the end of employment or classes.
   
• Never allow your Campus Card to be retained for on or off campus services.
   
• Never allow your Campus Card's magnetic stripes to be scratched by sharp objects, like keys or coin edges.
   
• Never allow your Campus Card's magnetic stripes to touch other cards' magnetic stripes because the Campus Card could demagnetize them.
   
• Never bend your Campus Card.
   
• Never punch holes in your Campus Card.
   
• Never apply tape or stickers to your Campus Card.
