Club Start-up
The Student Senate requires that the following forms are read and signed by each club officer and club advisor. Documents should be turned in at the first scheduled senate meeting of the year. Failure to complete and submit documents could put the club into probationary status and ultimately a loss of funding.

Club Travel
Club members traveling to off campus events must complete and submit to their advisor the following Code of Conduct document:

- Approval of Special Expenses form

Financial Procedures and Protocols
Club financial procedures and protocols have been developed by the SCTC Business Office in cooperation with the System and Attorney General's Offices to assist clubs and their advisors in navigating the complex revenue generation and purchasing process required by the State of Minnesota.
Fund Raising
Prior to organizing any fundraising activities a club must submit to the Director of Student Life and Athletics a completed Fundraising Proposal Form. This should be completed 10 days prior to the suggested start date of the activity.
